This wine has mild fruit up front with tones of plum and black cheer most evident. The finish is smooth with very mild tannins but lacks much character and depth. I expected more for the price of the wine.

Just what is says. This is a big, intense, lush Zinfandel. It may not be for everyone, but if you are serious about Zinfandel, you should be extremely happy. Very enjoyable right now, with potential for aging well into the decade.
