Comments:

A very pleasant wine with loads of plum and black cherry at first introduction. The fruit gives way to a mild tannin finish with a slight sour note. An enjoyable wine.

From the Label:

George Wyndham planted Austrlia's first commercial Shiraz vineyards over 175 years ago, pioneering the development of the Hunter Valley wine region. Today, Wyndham Estate adheres to his legacy of producing generous award-winning wines created with grapes sourced from premium Austrialian viticultural regions.

The Bin 555 is a definitive Austrialian Shiraz. The wine delivers rich plum and berry flavors with hints of pepper and spice associated with premium Austrialian Shiraz. The Bin 555 can be enjoyed now or will reward medium term cellaring.

This wine is a great partner to a variety of red meat and game dishes, Mediterranean cuisine and cheese.
