Perhaps it is best not to have high expectations. This Cabernet was not a bad wine, muted fruit up front and a medium tannic finish with flavors of mild oak at the finish. But the fact is, I expected more. Considering the price of this wine, I think you should expect more as well.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon was aged two years in small oak barrels and then blended with snall amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc to further enhance its fruit flavors. The resulting rich, smooth wine is a testament to this fine vintage here in Sonoma County.
