Comments:

The muted plum and black cherry are very evident on the front end with mild tannins and strong oak mellowing the back end. Admittedly, this wine will benefit on the value ratio because it was purchased on sale. But, even without the sale price, this wine is a good value and a good choice.

From the Label:

Since 1992 Forest Glen has been known for the consistent high quality of its wines. Now, using new techniques, we have emphasized the varietal fruit of our full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. We invite you to enjoy the luscious plum and currant flavors of this superb wine with grilled steak, braised lamb, or roasted game.

Cellared and Bottled by Forest Glen Winery, Sonoma, California (could not find this producer's website.)
