The first sip reveals strong black cherry and dark fruit. Unfortunately, after the front end, the wine lacked the complexity and depth found in some wines at this price point. While a 2003 vintage, there wasn't even a hint of an oak foundation.

We must be on to something, because our loyal customers asked for more wine types in the Dancing Bull style: crisp, zingy whites and intense, rich reds. As always, our mantra remains:if we can't make it stand out, we don't make it.

Our Cabernet is rich with black cherry and blackberry flavors, firm tannins and hint of mocha - great with grilled foods. Enjoy!
